These terms cover your use of pacificlinkhr.com. They do not replace the Client Services Agreement, which governs paid services.

This website is operated by 1585184 B.C. Ltd., doing business as Pacific Link HR ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the website is for
The site describes our services and lets you book a free call or contact us. Information on the site is general and is not legal advice. Employment law differs by province and changes over time. Please get advice on your specific situation before acting on anything you read here.
Plans and pricing
Prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars and may change. Taxes are extra where they apply. A plan only begins when you and we both sign a Client Services Agreement. Nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept by clicking a button.
Free 15-minute call
The introductory call is free and carries no obligation. It is a conversation about your needs, not a formal consultation, and it does not create a client relationship.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site. For example, you must not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or harmful content, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Our content
The text, design, logo and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party tools such as a booking system. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for other websites we may link to.
No warranty and limit of liability
